You can easily make your daily reservation for a sun lounger, Balinese bed* or Daybed* through this web-app.

If you have reserved a sun lounger or a Balinese bed* and do not intend to use it, you can cancel it directly and through the same channel. This will allow other guests to make their reservation.

Platinum Solarium and Platinum Infinity Pool:

Exclusively for our guests with a Platinum room reservation. With Bar service, sun loungers and Balinese beds free of charge (prior reservation and subject to availability).

NOTE:

• We remind you that Balinese beds are for rent, and their price can be consulted through the webapp. If you are not going to occupy it, please cancel your reservation before 10:00 AM on the same day. Otherwise, we will be obliged to charge the price to your account.

• The hotel reserves the right to remove towels and abandoned items from both unreserved sun loungers and parasols.

• We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at 12 PM if your sun lounger is not being used. In that case, please go to reception.
